Do you know what you paid for cod in July?

Supplier prices move a little at a time, and nobody has an hour to check invoices after service. I read every one for you. Each Monday you get one page: what went up, which dishes it hit, and what to do about it.

You pay me. Suppliers never do. No commission, rebates or referral fees.

How it works

Ten seconds an invoice. Nothing else changes.

No software to learn, no logins, nothing new for your staff.

  1. Step 1, all week

    You photograph each invoice

Send it by WhatsApp or email as it arrives.

  2. Step 2, Friday

I log and check every line

Each price is compared with everything you have paid before. Software does the reading and I check it by eye.

  3. Step 3, Monday

    You get one page

What went up, which dishes it hit, any mistakes, and one thing to do this week. Two minutes to read.

Once I know your prices, I get quotes on your biggest items from other suppliers, delivery included, so you can see whether switching or renegotiating is worth it. See what a Monday report looks like.

What I look for

The things that slip through on a busy week

UK foodservice food and drink prices rose 1.8% in the single month of June 2026, according to the NIQ and Prestige Purchasing Foodservice Price Index.

Who does the work

I'm Zach Hart. I read the invoices myself.

I have worked the floor in restaurants and I trained in supply chains, so I know both what a Friday service leaves time for and how suppliers set their prices. You deal with me, in person, every time.

A free invoice check

Send me your last three months of supplier invoices. I will go through every line and show you what I find, in person, with the total in pounds. If I find nothing, that is the end of it.

Short on time? Show me two invoices from your main supplier, a few weeks apart. I will compare them line by line in front of you in five minutes.

Fair questions

What owners ask me

Doesn't my accountant do this?

Your accountant tells you what you spent, after the fact. I tell you where a price changed and which dish it hit, while you can still do something about it.

I can't switch suppliers. Is it still useful?

Yes. You will know which menu prices need to move and by how much, and you will have the figures to ask your current supplier for a better price.

How is this different from a buying group?

A buying group works through its own list of suppliers. I am paid only by you, so I compare the whole market. If a buying group gives you the best price on something, I will tell you to use it.

Who sees my invoices?

Only me. Your prices are never shown to another restaurant in a way that could identify you, and I delete your records if you ask. The privacy notice has the detail.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to read the invoice photos quickly. I check every line by eye before anything reaches you, and your invoices are used only to do your work.

Do I have to change how I order?

No. You keep ordering as you do now. Every purchasing decision stays yours.
